What do you think about the recent changes to the service .. What are the better events ? What would you recommend ? What would you avoid ?

We like swimming, although the organisation isn't what it used to be. Cancelled session with no notice, no lifeguards, little or no staff support in the pool. etc. And this last session: Only 1hr 30 mins instead of 2 hours, although the full 2 hour session was on the list.

We like Kingswood also, although again, the organisation isn't what it used to be. eg. gates unlocked, unsuitable paints, no refreshments, no access to certain areas etc etc.

These are now the only activities we do. We mourn the loss of Snoezelen from the activities, and wonder why the day trips are part of the programme? We could do that ourselves, it's not as if there's any staff to support us or any dedicated space for us.
